Description

We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate who is a hard worker and effective problem solver. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assisting in warehouse production and getting product to the customer in a timely manner. The Fulfillment Associate needs to be results oriented, organized and committed to flawless execution. In addition, the ideal candidate will be attentive to detail and a reliable team player.

Key Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Associate:

- Prepare customer orders for shipment; including accurate and timely picking, labeling, sorting, packing and shipping of outbound shipments.

- Receive shipments and verify accuracy of incoming product.

- Monitor credit holds

- Support Warehouse Manager in performing and completing inventory control functions and inventory precision.

- Pick orders with high quality and efficiency

- Operate handling equipment (scanning devices, pallet jacks, forklifts etc.) safely and professionally.

- Work to maintain a safe, clean work area free from potential hazards.

Requirements

Requirements of the Fulfillment Associate:

- 1-2 years prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment

- High attention to detail with the ability to adhere to a timeline in assigned duties and tasks

- Ability to stand for entire shift

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs multiple times throughout the entire shift

- Strong prioritization skills without overlooking critical details

- Ability to work in a fast-[aced environment without overlooking critical details

- Ability to train on, and operate a forklift safely
