Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Electro-mechanical Assembler to work on-site with our client, a top-tier electronics test and measurement company.
As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automation
- Execute and provide feedback on acceptance test plans
- Work with production line partners to develop NPI's into automation
- Create and maintain PM documentation
- Assist with assembly of automated systems
- Assist R&D Engineers with development of new systems and technologies
Qualifications :
- An Associate degree in Electro / Mechanical technology & 3 years related experience
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Have sound knowledge of basic mechanical / electrical / software principals
- Familiarity with PLC based robotics and associated controls
- Experience with pneumatics, electronic controls, and 3 phase power
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CAD, PLC, Data Collection & Analysis)
- Ability to operate basic power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders
- Able to use mechanical hand tools, including calipers and square
- Familiarity with machine shop tools : mills, lathes, band saws, etc.
- Be willing to travel occasionally, 0-20% (Domestic and Foreign job sites)
- Must be US Citizen
