Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the IT sector. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives on hunting for new business opportunities and excels in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new client leads within a 100-mile radius of the Greater Cincinnati area through cold calling, emailing, and other sales strategies.
• Utilize Sales Intelligence and Prospecting Tools to identify potential clients looking to outsource their IT services.
• Engage in onsite visits to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored IT solutions.
• Consistently document all sales activities, including client interactions and progress, in the CRM system.
• Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas after an initial ramp-up period.
• Develop a deep understanding of IT systems and services to effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in generating new business.
• Strong hunting mindset, focused exclusively on acquiring new clients.
• Knowledge of IT and IT systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the designated territory.
• Proficient in using sales tools, including laptops, phones, CRM systems, and other sales software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,640.55 - $59,782.18 per year
