This is a Junior Position for our organization.

We’re looking for an Application Tracking System (ATS) Coordinator to support our Global Talent Acquisition Team’s recruitment efforts. You will administrate and manage all systems used by TA team and support with ATS issues and questions.

• Support, administer, and manage our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate reports, analyze and provide data insights.
• Provide guidance and resolutions on all TA systems and processes related issues and questions. Indicate and address improvement areas and learning needs
• Monitor team actions for quality assurance.
• Draft presentations for stakeholder meetings.
• Engage team on best practices and tips on how to best use ATS and TA ways of working.

• At least one (1) year of solid experience working within an ATS or HRIS platform, preferably iCIMS.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint).
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Advanced administration skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
