Highlights:

• Mostly REMOTE - must reside in DFW

• Prepare detailed account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Journal entries, estimating accruals, production inventory adjustments, preparing schedules for prepaid and accrual expense amortization.
• Manage fixed asset and depreciation schedules in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage and perform month-end close processes, including collaborating with plant operation team members to ensure a complete and accurate month-end close.
• Provide support to the AR and AP teams as needed, including helping with problem solving, answering questions, and reconciling intercompany transactions.
• Assist with annual financial statement audit and periodic bank audits throughout the year.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field required.
• 7 years of accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Must have a “customer service” mindset.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills, GAAP accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research, and resolution skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
