Job Description
- Conceptualize and design solutions that push forward user and business goals. You will own features for medium to large projects.
- Rapidly iterate and refine design concepts-from initial briefing through final delivery.
- Encourage new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
- Design systems to make simple, sophisticated experiences based on the constraints of Web3. Produce high fidelity deliverables that obsess with implementation ease just as much as pixel-perfection.
- You’ll use data collected from research, testing, and analysis to create truly human-centered designs.
- Work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers.
- Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution.
- Solid design process and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to produce an integrated look and feel between all pieces of a large project.
- Deep knowledge of various design tools, including Figma.
- Excellent communication skills that help you collaborate well with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years’ experience doing design full-time.
- Curiosity to learn more about the Web3 domain.
- 4 hours of overlap with a 10am-6pm EDT workday (US East Coast).
