Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lockbox Processor. The role involves processing payments based on specific client business rules and performing document scanning tasks on high-speed scanners. The ideal candidate will have proficient PC skills, a good understanding of MS Office software, and a strong command of the English language. Previous experience in the financial industry or retail sales is preferred.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28217

Pay rate: $19 per hour

Shift: 3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (or until completion) Sunday to Thursday. Overtime may be required on Sundays, Mondays, and days following holidays

Work Type: 4-6 month contract Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

• Process payments according to client business rules.
• Perform document scanning tasks using high-speed scanners.
• Utilize PC skills to navigate software programs such as Word and Excel.
• Maintain proficiency in the English language to accurately comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
• Lift and carry trays of mail weighing 10-15 lbs as needed.
• Stand for longer periods of time during scanning work.

Qualifications:

• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry 10-15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
