This is a rare opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a nationally known employer based healthcare clinic! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

You MUST:

1. Be a Licensed Physical Therapist able to work in the state of VA.
2. 32 hours per week - could be 40 for the right candidate
3. flex hours - 3 or 4 day work week. (Mon-Fri). 7-5 M-T. Lots of room for hour structure.
4. Annual salary: $90k for 32 hours per week. Could be paid higher for the contract to perm or could start out at permanent
5. Start dart of late April, May 1 at the latest.
6. Need experience and cannot accept new grads
7. Very low Occupational health need.
8. Outpatient experience is a must
9. Pharmacy/NP/RNs/MA's all in the health center
10. Only seeing patients 1:1
11. Employees of the company and their dependents.
12. No pediatric experience is required.
13. Epic is the EMR, so that experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation 
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
