Location: Tucson, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift
Duration: 1 year contract with extensions
Hourly Rate: $64.98
Start Date: 03/04/2024
Work Schedule: Standard, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Estimated Hours/Week: 40.00
Overtime: Expected, Time and One Half
Position Description:
Administers medication and treatments as ordered by physician
Conducts initial admission nursing assessment
Participates in development of care plans
Maintains appropriate documentation
Leads and supervises subordinate staff
Skills Required:
Proficient in administering medication and treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Required:
At least 2 years of long term care experience as RN
Additional Requirements:
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR/BLS Card
RN License issued by AZ
License/Certification for Position
