Responsibilities

  • Take minimum of 25 inbound calls per day.
  • Reach out to existing customers and cross sell products and services.
  • Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to “Start to Finish” Service
  • This includes but not limited to, addressing any customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow up work from your client interactions
  • Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.
  • Assist customers in office.

Requirements

  • Hold a 2-20 Property and Casuality license.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years in Insurance.
