Roofer Summary : Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile / shingles).
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
Roofer Requirements :
- 1-2 year of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
Working Conditions :
- Physical surroundings : Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
- Physical Effort : Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
