Additional support includes, but is not limited to, the areas of strategy development, scheduling, market research, evaluation criteria development, pre-solicitation documentation review, RFP documentation, Independent Program Review documentation, cost estimates and key decision point's preparation, as well as trade studies and providing subject matter expertise during proposal evaluations. * Experience on Air Force ACAT I level acquisition program cost analysis.
* Experience supporting ICBM programs or other DoD weapon system; experience with a large, complex nuclear weapons system; or a large, complex very closely related Government weapon system.
* Experience collecting and normalizing cost, technical, and programmatic data from Government and Industry entities. Knowledge of the Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC) data collection process and demonstrated experience in use of and analysis of the CSDRs and CPRs. Knowledge of data sources such as DACIMS and/or AFTOC.
* Ability to analyze data and develop cost estimating methods and tools.
* Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* A strong working knowledge of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Successful candidates must possess and/or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top Secret clearance, Top Secret Clearance preferred. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
