Individuals in this classification may be required to conduct visual and dimensional inspection, electrical testing on mechanical and electrical systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components and machined parts for conformance to drawing and specification by performing the following duties.
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS
The position requires daily contact with all levels of TWMC and customers including Engineering, Marketing, Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Service and Accounting.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and technical procedures. Write routine reports and correspondence appropriate to inspection and test activities. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to managers, customers, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Calculate percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and trigonometry. Use calculator or spreadsheet program to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, graphic, or schedule form.
General supervision will be provided. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively and take ownership of assigned projects in a fast paced environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
