To support our growth, we are searching for a Project Specialist for our West Chester, PA location.

In this key position you will use your knowledge of AutoCAD to support pre-sales activities including concept layout and presentations to our domestic and international customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Support Project Management in site surveys to verify site information required to execute a layout.
• Support Project Management in executing facility’s space and utility planning.
• Produce pre-sale AutoCAD and Revit drawing packages (conceptual layouts, quoting, and facility capacity layouts)
• Produce post-sale AutoCAD and Revit drawing packages (contract submittals, workflow processes, as built package, utility analysis, and final facility renderings)
• Provide hard copies of drawings and submittals upon request.
• Make changes to AutoCAD equipment blocks and Revit families.
• Identify opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
• Communicate with all internal customers (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service, Production, Finance) maintaining a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
• Communicate externally (Customers, General Contractors, Architects and Planners, etc.) for clarification and coordination of critical issues.
• Draw in real time during customer meetings.
• Manage multiple assigned projects and report weekly status.
• Travel, domestic and international, may be required at the request of Manager of Project Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic understanding of architectural drawing standards with capability of coordinating drawing production.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
• Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Revit (preferred)
• Strong organizational, written and communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and Passport and have the ability for domestic and international travel.
