Regional research and development facility specializing in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical science.

Overview:

The Facility Maintenance Technician will support a research and development facility across all scopes of maintenance. Assist with facility tours as needed and maintain the building facility. Collaborate with mechanics and maintenance specialists in performing standard maintenance duties.

Role:

• Support facilities tour events setups.
• Perform conference room setups.
• Perform restroom facilities operations maintenance.
• Perform office setup and maintenance.
• Perform ceiling tile inspection as directed and replacement of tiles as needed.
• Perform light bulb inspection and replacement.
• Spackle, patch, and paint as needed.
• Pressure wash dock area as needed.
• Perform wall art maintenance.
• Perform monthly basement floor care.
• Uncrate and move new equipment for labs on the dock.

Qualifications:

• 7 – 10 years experience in large office facility maintenance.
• Experienced in plumbing, electrical, and office interior maintenance.
