TechnoMile is Hiring a Technical Recruiter Near India HQ, IN, IN

TechnoMile is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our collaborative global team in India. We are targeting a creative and professional Technical Recruiter that will focus on sourcing and screening candidates for both current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for future growth.

The day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads both in India and in the US to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels 
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both remotely and in-person, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate status and feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process, including coordinating background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Who you are: 

  • You should have 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, including software development, engineering, data science, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred 
  • Self-Starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
