Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Architecture Team, a key component of our enterprise architecture division. This role requires a seamless blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver effective architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in designing system architectures that support loan management systems, address non-performing loans, collateral, and real estate processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement architectural designs for application and data systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineering teams, information security, product owners, and business leads to translate front-loaded architectural designs into practical engineering blueprints.
• Perform options and trade-off analyses to propose optimal solutions for architectural challenges, emphasizing service-based and event-driven microservices architecture.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence, Draw.IO, and Eris or Mega Eris for documenting and modeling architectural solutions.
• Lead and mentor teams through the architectural process, enhancing our cloud migration strategies and ensuring solutions are agile, scalable, and cost-effective.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in architectural roles, preferably within the mortgage or mortgage servicing industry.
• Strong background in application architecture, system integration, and designing solutions using Java, Java J2EE, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with microservices and managing complex data ecosystems, including various data formats and systems reconciliation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, with a keen ability to lead projects independently.
• Familiarity with AWS solutions architect certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading discussions and presenting architectural decisions effectively.
