About the Role:
- This team is looking for a detailed orientated person to execute data processes. They need to be able to follow directions on the processes that they are taught.
- Assist internal customers in resolving access issues, run L1 processes, access bulk loads.
- Ensure that L1 processes are in compliance with audit.
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Technical and Business Experience in IAM world - Specifically with SailPoint IIQ
- Implementing and Managing IAM Governance Solutions
- Experience in IAM Operations - Issues Triaging, User Communication, Solution Implementation
- Analytical Background
- Operational background
- Microsoft Suite Applications
- SharePoint
- Data Analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in customer service
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement knowledge
- Experience with SailPoint administration (Nice to have but not required)
- Experience with Data Analysis
