Technology Ventures is Hiring a Remote AP Manager I
The client is seeking an AP Manager I. The AP Manager position requires working with all departments and the accounting teams. We are looking for a team player, with excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering/reviewing supplier invoices
- Running/reviewing financial reports
- Processing payments (check, ACH and wire) including voids/reissues and Stop Pays
- Supplier/Vendor inquiries, updates and maintenance
- Various projects as needed
- Coordination of efforts with other team players a must
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years experience processing invoices & payments
- WorkDay experience preferred, not required.
