As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
