Office 365 Digital Adoption Analyst manages and continuously improves digital employee experience. Â The analyst is a hands on position that develops and executes a digital adoption strategy for Office 365 and improves employee adoption of Office 365 applications. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a digital adoption strategy for Office 365.
Own and administer the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Create and update training documents and material for O365 applications on teams and SharePoint Online
Manage users communities in teams to answer their questions about O365 applications features, capabilities, and upcoming new services.
Arrange and hold training, and webinars, to enhance utilization of O365 applications
Iterate to continuously improve business outcomes.
Ensure Office 365 new applications and services are launched with and supported by DAP.
Deliver continuous learning programs related to best practices models defined for the DAP.
Leverage digital workplace champions and enablement agents for communication of Office365's new capabilities and collection of employee feedback.
Measure and publish reports on Office 365 adoption and proficiency.
Measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Office
Excellent in Office 365 applications - Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power App, Design SharePoint Site
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption.
Natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of
End user experience orientation. Seeks to understand end-user needs and works to anticipate, identify, and meet employee needs.
Enablement mindset. Ability to focus on empowering and ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology.
Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption.
Ability to facilitate discussions and training modules, as well as to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the O365 to brainstorm creative solutions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Preferred work location is Herndon, VA - but fully remote candidates will be considered.
