Technology Resource Group is Hiring a Hardware Asset Management Analyst [45875] Near Auburn Hills, MI

The Hardware Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed asset database records concerning all types of IT hardware assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Create adhoc reports from the asset database and various spreadsheets
Perform detailed data analysis for the purposes of identifying trends and normalizing data variances
Supports request fulfillment for IT hardware and related items
Assist stockroom staff with inventory and shipping/receiving of IT hardware
Manages replenishment of stock items
Primary Functions include Hardware Asset Management, Financial Management, Vendor Management, Incident Management, Request Management and Performance Metrics

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on career experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Two or more years of direct experience in an IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Two or more years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, HP Service Center, etc
Two or more years of experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools
- Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite
- ServiceNow Asset Management
- Any other tools used to discover and track the life cycle of assets in a networked environment
Knowledge of or experience with IT Asset Management best practices.
Knowledge of cost center accounting and basic business financial processes.
Advanced Excel skills
- Large Datasets
- Pivot tables
- Pivot charts
- Slicers
- Financial and lookup formulas
- Charts and graphs
- PowerPivot/Power Query plugins
Experience with presenting reports and PowerPoint slides and participating in discussions with groups of technical and non-technical resources relative to Asset Management topics.
