In this role you will be working as a Benefits Executive Coordinator for a client that works in the employee benefits industry. This position is responsible for being the right hand to the President and the liason between the President, IT, and sales.

This position is a contract to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.

The ideal pay for this position is $40-$50 an hour.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• 5 years in employee benefit programs
• Ability to oversee the sales pipeline and analyze to make improvement recommendations
• Assist with the preparation of internal and external sales meetings/presentations
• Serve as a liaison between senior management, IT, and sales
• Help in the review of new partnership opportunities
• Assist with building/vendor issues/relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office (excel and word expert)
• Must be familiar with insurance/brokerage industry practices and concepts
