We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Content and Automation Specialist. Reporting directly to the Technology Manager, the Digital Content and Automation Specialist will manage the content and design of our public website and intranet, oversee social media outreach, and develop tools to automate our business processes. The successful candidate will be crucial in enhancing our online presence and optimizing our operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content and design of our public website and intranet, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Oversee social media outreach efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop tools, mechanisms, and workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Conduct regular website and social media analytics reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
