�This position will perform various tasks in support of Project Management including: assisting with coordination of client-facing tasks working with subject matter experts across multiple areas, supporting the maintenance and monitoring of project plans and project schedules, coordinating and distributing technical/progress reports, and supporting the development and review of Project Management documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
�Tracks and monitors project tasks, including staffing, onboarding, training, and documentation
�Coordinates team conference calls, generates and distributes meeting minutes from internal/client/vendor meetings as applicable
�Analyzes and reconciles project documents, metrics and findings reports within specified timelines.
�Assists with clarification and resolution of findings from quality assurance audits
�Maintains assigned data points within project tracking systems according to the established conventions within specified times, including entry of findings
�Provides ad hoc support as needed.
�Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
�Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
�Ability to effectively analyze project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
�Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines
�Ability to problem-solve and complete tasks with minimal oversight
�Ability to assess impacts and risks and implement change management
�Demonstrated knowledge of FDA clinical trial guidelines and regulations or interest in these is a plus
�Excellent English and grammar skills
�Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
�Ability to obtain knowledge and master clinical trial database systems
� Clinical research experience or interest is a plus
�Experience with project/task coordination, and customer service
