Small yet mighty GC firm focusing on ground up multifamily. Projects are typically $5-$25 million. They are a family feel GC localed in San Diego and would like a PM to join their team long term (not short term)

Description

• Subcontractor and vendor buyouts - soliciting qualified candidates with the team while solely being responsible for making competitive and complete scope buyouts.
• Managing contracts both for owners and subcontractors - solely responsible to produce and execute subcontracts with complete scopes. Work with project team for issuing proper notices and documentation management.
• Managing an SOV - solely responsible for maintaining a budget.
• Submittals and RFI's - managing and maintaining logs with the project team.
• Monthly draws - solely responsible to produce correct monthly draws.
• Schedule - managing and maintaining with the project team.
• Each PM is responsible for 2 projects.
