The Business Technology Advisor responsibilities include: Participating in the Marketing team to create content, drive campaigns and lead events both in person and virtual, Drive new business opportunities from net new clients for both MSP and MSSP and continue to build relationships with new TechMD clients.You will focus on ways to grow the TechMD brand through high value content,disruptive mailers and events, while always focusing on driving value to ourtarget audience.Our Business TechnologyAdvisor must be able to read people and connect meaningfully with a variety ofpersonalities.You must understand thatall progress is made through relationships.You must know when to take the lead in relationship development and whento enable others to take the lead.Business Technology Advisors must have laser focus on getting resultsfor the customer; must be proactive and not wait for the customer to noticethey are not on track to achieving a particular goal; must have a “no excuses”mindset and do what needs to be done; and must have the ability to coordinatemultiple resources to achieve the desired outcome. You will take the blame forfailures and give credit to the team for successes because you are driven byoutcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the marketing team focused on creating content and driving campaigns and events to create Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Build trust with new clients and lead them in the transition to TechMD.
  • Assist in delivering total customer satisfaction
  • Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • You will serve as new clients’ advocate to TechMD as well as the advocate for TechMD to the client
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Is a student of the client’s business and understands how they make money
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ability to analyze, make decisions and solve problems
  • Meet the performance goals established by your direct supervisor
  • Read, understand, and follow all company and job-related policies and procedures
  • Attend both on-site and off-site client meetings as required
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings
  • Use independent discretion in matters of significance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements

·Bachelor’sDegree or higher preferred

·Provenaccount management or other relevant experience

·Demonstrateability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels ofan organization, including Executive  and C-level

·Experiencedelivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

·Provenability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilemaintaining sharp attention to detail

·Naturalrelationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

·Excellentcustomer service and follow through skills

·Excellentlistening, negotiation, and presentation skills

·Strongverbal and written communication skills

·Criticalthinking and problem-solving skills

·Abilityto prioritize among competing tasks

·Proficientuse of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
