We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically Treasure Data, within our established retail/ecommerce client's environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of CDPs and their integration within retail and ecommerce settings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Treasure Data CDP, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the CDP solution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate Treasure Data CDP with existing systems and applications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed.

Skillset:

• 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in retail / ecommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of CDPs - Treasure Data preferred
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external vendors and partners to integrate CDPs with existing systems and applications.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices, as well as relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
