TechCon Infrastructure, LLC is Hiring a Concrete Foreman/Superintendent Near Denver, CO

TechCon Infrastructure is a growing concrete company that specializes in delivering high-quality and innovative concrete solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. 

As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of concrete projects, including scheduling, materials, and personnel. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and schedule concrete projects, including determining manpower and equipment requirements, and coordinating with other trades and contractors 

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crews to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards 

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment 

  • Ensure that all materials, equipment, and tools required for the project are available and in good working order 

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the design requirements 

  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns 

  • Train and mentor junior crew members to ensure that they can perform their duties safely and efficiently 

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project costs 

  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • At least 5 years of experience in concrete construction, including experience as a foreman or supervisor 

  • Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, placing, and finishing techniques 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients 

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment 

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments 

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
