CTF Construction is looking to hire an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to supervise our concrete crews and oversee all activities related to concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant ramps, retaining walls, foundations, and slabs at commercial, multifamily, and residential concrete job sites.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing. Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion. Consult blueprints, drawings, plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately place and installed. Delegate tasks to concrete laborers and provide overall guidance. Ensure that form work is set, supported, and dismantled based on engineering designs and drawings. Inspect concrete after form work has been removed and instruct concrete laborers on any corrections needed. Maintain accurate records and number of hours worked and amount of materials used. Set and check concrete forms. Must accurately calculate required materials and place orders with vendors

Skills:
Proven experience working as a Concrete supervisor. Know ADA requirements, slopes and clearances. The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent management and leadership skills. Good judgement and decision making. Quality control analysis. Knowledge of decorative concrete methods: stamped, colored, exposed aggregate.
