Tech Experts is looking for a Solutions Azure Architect with proven experience to provide support to our small and medium-sized business clients. As an IT consultant, your main responsibility will be to offer technical expertise to our clients, which will help them to improve their IT infrastructure, enhance their security measures, and optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of current trends in information technology, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will assess clients' existing systems, recommend upgrades and improvements, and implement and manage these upgrades. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their systems are operating smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven MSP background.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Mac OS.
• 5 years in IT consulting; financial sector exposure is a plus.
• Ability to demystify tech jargon for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

Your Role:

• Deep dive into cybersecurity strategy, understanding risks, mitigation, and implementation.
• In-depth proficiency, Navigate and optimize platforms like Powershell, Azure, Cylance Portal, Knowbe4, RMM providers, Egnyte, Nessus scanners, Zscaler, and MSFT Teams.
• Implement and monitor Azure systems, ensuring protection against threats like spoofing.
• SAML, SSO
• Keep our systems inventory current and flag discrepancies.
• Use RMM and documentation tools for data-driven report generation, with a focus on automating data extraction using Zapier.
• Explore, test, and integrate advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and monitoring.
• Enhance Zendesk-Zapier integration to streamline client communication and internal processes.
• Stay updated on the latest in tech, ensuring our systems and processes remain at the industry's forefront.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
