• Supporting Information Technology by developing illustrations, audiovisual communications, and textual content for Department operations.
• Working with Department personnel to identify requirements and produce communications.
• Selecting appropriate software and developing effective graphics to illustrate technical concepts.
• Maintaining SharePoint sites and web pages.
• Assisting in the development of a wide range of Department documentation.
• Facilitating planning sessions with customers regarding Media Services capabilities and design decisions.
• Planning, organizing, and directing multi-disciplined media services to produce professional quality products.
• Researching developing multimedia technologies.
• Producing review drafts and incorporating editorial changes for various IT products and publications.
• Collecting, organizing, and presenting data, and performing data analysis.
• Identifying and incorporating needed changes to existing reports and drafting reports as needed.
• Summarizing report findings for management and selecting appropriate modes to present data effectively.
• Taking ownership of assigned administrative tasks and providing regular reporting.
• Developing job aids, supporting documentation, and demonstrating administrative tasks to others.

The required qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a related discipline with 2 years of practical experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Acrobat Pro DC, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Lightroom, Animate, Dreamweaver & Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Camtasia version 2019 or higher.
• Experience with Storyboarding, Digital Single-Lens Reflex (DSLR) Cameras & Studio Lighting.
• Experience in determining multimedia program requirements.
• Clear understanding of multimedia program development, technological differences, and work hazards.
• Technical understanding and ability to articulate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in multimedia and interactive multimedia production.
• Excellent attention to detail for reviewing work.
• Broad understanding of information technology topics.
• Active engagement and collaboration skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
