Job Description

Responsible for the Summer Camp Scholarship Program. Assists the Program Coordinator with all duties under the Summer Camp Scholarship Program including reviewing provider and parent application for compliance and eligibility documentation, processing and approving provider and parent application, site monitoring, outreach activities, technical support and financial reconciliation. Performs significant administrative and technological tasks in support of the

Summer Camp Program. Assists with data entry; provides customer service to summer camp providers/families in person/via telephone and/or email. Screens

and routes phone calls and email communication to the Program Coordinator as needed. Conducts campsite monitoring to ensure compliance with all

requirements; submits documentation to the Program Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification.

PREFERENCE FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: In general office and clerical work. Also desirable: Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole).
