Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of technology sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is beneficial
- Experience in appliance sales, technical sales, or grocery store customer service is a bonus
