Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware and software upgrades on desktops and laptops as part of a PC refresh project.
- Ensure all devices meet the specified hardware and software standards.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely completion of the refresh project.
- Document all activities, configurations, and issues encountered during the refresh process.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with PC imaging and deployment tools.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
