Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team for a PC Refresh Project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PC refresh processes, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing exceptional technical support to end-users. Key Responsibilities:

• PC Refresh:

  • Execute PC refresh activities, including backing up user data, imaging new PCs, and restoring user data.
  • Ensure all PCs are configured correctly and meet the organization's standards.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide first and second-level support for hardware and software issues related to the PC refresh project.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with PCs, peripherals, and network connectivity.
  • Assist end-users with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of PC refresh activities, including asset tracking and inventory management.
  • Document support processes, issue resolutions, and create user guides as needed.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other IT team members to ensure a smooth and efficient PC refresh process.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as required.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily activities during the PC refresh process.
