Job Summary:

As a Barista at Teazzi Sunnyvale, you will be part of opening the first Teazzi in the Bay Area! You will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience by preparing and serving our signature bubble tea beverages. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in training new team members, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bubble Tea Beverages: Skillfully prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide product recommendations and answer any questions about our menu.
• Order Processing: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, process payments, and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workspace and equipment clean and sanitized at all times, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate Equipment: Safely operate bubble tea machines, blenders, and other equipment, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.

Job Requirements:

• A personable person, great customer service
• High energy, good people skills
• Creativity with making drinks
• Maintain and exceed high standards regarding cleanliness, efficiency, and quality
• Acquire Food Handler Permit ( Can trail until after initial employment )
• Highly preferred to have experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills with customers and Team
• High integrity with a great attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Proactive mindset, attentive to details, and always looking to complete the next step.
