Office Administrator

Job D uties:

Arranging for daily receipt of ocean freight containers, verifying numbers and processing inbound and outbound records in the system

- Coordinating for daily operations based on shipment arrival and delivery instructions

- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records

- Assisting with project coordination and ensuring deadlines are met

Skills:

- Having work experience in a warehouse setting of international freight forwarders is a plus

- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred

- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities

- Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite or similar software for document management
