Job Overview:

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calling to clients for service follow-ups and feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in upselling products or services to customers.

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
