Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Depot Service Support. The Depot Service Support will be responsible for providing assistance in the day-to-day operations of our depot facility, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient support to our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory shipments.

· Accurately record and track inventory data using designated software systems.

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to upkeep the depot facility.

· Assist in the preparation and packaging of outgoing inventory shipments.

· Collaborate with warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.

· Handle inquiries and provide assistance to customers regarding products and services.

· Assist in inventory management tasks such as cycle counting, stock replenishment, and disposal of damaged items.

· Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

· Assist in M&R repairs and coordinating repairs and report to IEPs

· Support depot and maintenance billing functions

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related field is a plus.

· Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or depot operations preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

· Physically able to lift and carry heavy objects and perform manual tasks as required.

· Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
