Team Speed is the leader in Sports Performance Training in the South Denver Metro Area. We specialize in the development of youth athletes in sport and in everyday life. Established in the community for over 25 years, we are currently looking for part time with the opportunity to work into a full time Sports Performance Coach. We are looking for someone who are highly motivated, energetic, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Our coaches must be invested in the development and the growth of youth athletes and passionate about taking our clients to the next level.

Job Description:

• Being able to adapt and fit into the Team Speed culture right when you step foot in the door.
• Implement and follow youth sports performance training programs that include speed, agility, conditioning, strength training, core strength, injury prevention, flexibility, and pre and post-game recovery.
• Program, Implement and Evaluate long term training methods to allow athletes to reach their full potential and play at the highest level desired.
• Able to work one on one, in small group, large team and class settings.
• Able to communicate with athletes, parents and coaches to align training goals.
• Ability to communicate well with management and other team members.
• Dependable and 100% accountable.
• Personality that is Outgoing, Upbeat, Highly Energetic, Confident, Positive and Motivating is a must!
• Self-motivated to build clientele while working with a strong administrative staff at Team Speed.
• High quality customer service skills.
• Ability to perform simple administrative tasks and work with scheduling software.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• CSCS or comparable certification preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years strength and conditioning coaching experience

Preferred:

• Has large group or team training experience
• Must be available a minimum of 20 hours/week
• Has dependable transportation
• Non-compete agreement
• Background check required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
