Hiring Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $58K-$68K Per Annum.
In This Role You Will
The Salesforce Administrator is an integral member of the RevOps team and is responsible for administering the RevOps-owned tools, providing user support and problem resolution for 80 users, and assisting in implementation processes, e.g., data import/export/updates, data migration, system customization, reports and dashboard creation, implementation of workflow and validation rules, template creation, etc. The administrator will work cross-functionally to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and adoption of the platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
Typical Functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, and fellow RevOps team members to properly administer our Salesforce instance as well as the other RevOps-owned tools.
  • Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Ensure declarative implementation work meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade other business processes on the platform

  • Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions
  • Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standards
  • Drive admin activities to meet schedules and timelines
  • Assist in reporting to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales, marketing, and CSM teams
  • Manage licenses & costs
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest releases and security concerns raised in each cycle for our implementation
  • Enable the CRM to achieve goals set out by RevOps leadership to support different Revenue Team initiatives
  • Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met
  • Enable change & help accelerate innovation
  • Roll out and sustain best practices for security, users, and day-to-day interactions with the system
  • Participate in the course of training and provide insight on usage and ROI for RevOps tools
  • Roll out and maintain documentation on CRM setup and SOPs
  • Serve as Data Steward for RevOps tools
Requirements
  • Salesforce.com App builder and Admin certifications required
  • At least 1 years of experience administering Salesforce organizations to meet business requirements
  • Experience in working with both classic interface and lightning interface.
  • Experience in conducting gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives.
  • Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as build custom solutions or implement app exchange applications
  • Experienced with lightning flows
  • Experienced with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
  • Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong computer, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team & fast-paced environment
  • Excellent resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity
Additional Preferred Experience
  • Experienced working with SOQL / SOSL Queries
  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, ReachDesk, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or ZoomInfo (or equivalence)
  • Experience with Salesforce’s Revenue Intelligence tool is a plus (Einstein product suite, Revenue Insights, CRM Analytics, Pipeline Management)
