Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Engineering, is hiring a Title Agent for our Hampton, VA office.
The Title Agentresearches all available documents and real estate related activities necessary to create a permanent parcel file to support Right of Way acquisition. The agent will also aide in additional research necessary to protect property rights while negotiating favorable terms to various land and Right of Way related agreements secured on behalf of customers, including the acquisition, relinquishment and modification of easements, fee land purchases, franchise and permit rights, encroachments resolutions and settlements of damage claims among other land and Right of Way related negotiations.
