Our mission as a small animal practice is to provide high quality care while strengthening the human-animal bond. We believe that we are "family doctors" and with that comes a responsibility to not only educate our clients, but also provide preventative care medicine. On the large animal side, we seek to provide valuable consultation services and educate our clients by partnering with them. We continually strive to provide the highest quality care by following the most up-to-date herd health protocols. Our practice is about 50% small animal, 30% equine, 10% porcine, and 10% cattle.
Our compensation package includes a startingbase salary between $90,000 - $110,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
