The perfect candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Hospital Administrator and medical director to accomplish our growth and development goals and support our mission of fostering well-being in the community by tending to the human animal bond with compassionate medical care, emotional support for caregivers and community outreach.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesLeadership duties/qualities include but are not limited to:
- Practices Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills.
- Ability to adapt and willingness to help the team under all circumstances.
- Coordinating with all services to help organize regular team meetings and ongoing training.
- Maintaining clear and respectful communications with all team members.
- Fostering and continual improvement of positive culture.
- Acts as a mentor to the entire team.
- Promotes best practices in our industry.
- Collaborate with the HA and MD in the development of operational functions including establishing and maintaining internal standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for managing staff schedules and assisting the hospital staff as needed to maintain quality customer service.
- Collaborate with the HA on Marketing ideas and work with the hospital team to ensure appropriate marketing procedures are implemented.
- This is not considered a remote position.
- AA or bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of experience working in a veterinary clinic.
- Leadership experience preferred.
