  Work for a diversified company on commercial, agricultural, & residential excavation & demolition projects – housing developments, churches, barns, retail shopping centers, distribution centers, medical offices, etc.
• Manage multiple excavation projects simultaneously & coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
• Organize meetings with project owners and provide updates on the projects to the company owner

Musser's Excavating, a privately owned, full-service excavation & site work contractor in Lititz, PA, provides excavating & demolition services to a wide range of construction customers – commercial, agricultural, and residential. We are seeking an Excavation Project Manager to help us grow into the next phase of our business. Our Ideal Excavation Project Manager

• Experienced: 2 years of excavation project management experience is preferred; willing to consider those with construction project management experience in other fields WITH knowledge of earthwork – OR a construction foreman who can step into a project management role.
• Computer Savvy: Experience with Project Management Software is strongly preferred. HCSS Software experience is a plus.
• Great Communicator: We value clear communication on our team. You will collaborate with multiple parties to ensure quality service.
• Organized: Strong attention to detail & time management skills. Able to prioritize and work calmly under pressure.
• Adaptable: Can work independently and adapt quickly to change while maintaining professionalism throughout efforts to improve processes.
• Clean Cut and Down to Earth: Able to relate well and earn the trust & respect of our field crew and customers.
