We seek an Assistant Drafter to support our lead drafter in designing sheds, garages, and other outdoor structures. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level drafter or CAD technician interested in building a career in drafting and finding a position that offers growth and development within our organization.
Our Ideal Assistant Drafter:

• Experience: At least 1 year of CAD or drafting experience or an Associate's degree in CAD or Drafting is preferred. We are open to experienced construction professionals interested in stepping into a drafting position
• Computer Skills: Previous experience with CAD software is preferred
• Accurate: Can work with minimal mistakes and high accuracy. Must be organized and detailed. Able to ensure compliance with deadlines/due dates
• Willing to Learn: Someone with a teachable attitude and willingness to learn how to best serve our customer's needs
• Inquisitive: Unafraid to ask questions. A strong desire to learn from teammates and pursue opportunities for professional development
• Team Player: Someone collaborative who is humble enough to admit mistakes and driven to do excellent work
