**Description**

The **Barback** is responsible for a smooth and friendly operation of the bar. This is accomplished by adhering to the policies of bar operations using standards and procedures set forth by management. This role assists bartenders within monitoring and coordinating day to day operations of his/her section during each shift and ensures all FOH SOPs (including HACCP) are followed and executed.

**Happiest Hour**

Spanning 12,000 square feet, and two levels of space, Happiest Hour is located within walking distance to several sports and arts venues, and is known as the destination for all things spirit-lifting. Its indoor and outdoor bliss features garden games, 25 TVs, and 50 beers on tap for the ultimate spot to gather amongst friends, family, or colleagues. Its rooftop is known as Fanciest Hour and provides a lounge-like feel with live music that resonates with pure nightlife.

**Harwood Arms**

Harwood Arms is the newest concept in Dallas Harwood District exemplifying the best of the British Isles. Pouring pints of Guinness, featuring the finest whiskeys, and touting the tastiest fish and chips, Harwood Arms is the District pub where the greatest minds gather and drink alike. Dinner, drinks, and late-night served daily with brunch on the weekends.

**Te Deseo**

We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood-fire cooking techniques, creating our own signature blend of reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo manifested as our love letter to the liveliness, mystery, and community that blooms throughout the region. Te Deseo is our largest concept to date at 14,000 square feet with two levels, four bars, and seven unique dining rooms.
