**Description**

As a **Busser** you are responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, and assisting servers in the dining room. Standard duties include clearing food and utensils from tables, resetting, water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process.

**Happiest Hour**

Spanning 12,000 square feet, and two levels of space, Happiest Hour is located within walking distance to several sports and arts venues, and is known as the destination for all things spirit-lifting. Its indoor and outdoor bliss features garden games, 25 TVs, and 50 beers on tap for the ultimate spot to gather amongst friends, family, or colleagues. Its rooftop is known as Fanciest Hour and provides a lounge-like feel with live music that resonates with pure nightlife.

**Harwood Arms**

Harwood Arms is the newest concept in Dallas Harwood District exemplifying the best of the British Isles. Pouring pints of Guinness, featuring the finest whiskeys, and touting the tastiest fish and chips, Harwood Arms is the District pub where the greatest minds gather and drink alike. Dinner, drinks, and late-night served daily with brunch on the weekends.

**Te Deseo**

We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood-fire cooking techniques, creating our own signature blend of reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo manifested as our love letter to the liveliness, mystery, and community that blooms throughout the region. Te Deseo is our largest concept to date at 14,000 square feet with two levels, four bars, and seven unique dining rooms.
