TDL Staffing is Hiring a Service Scheduler Near Fairbanks, AK
Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office products- Word and Outlook.
Previous experience in a busy and fast-paced office environment is ideal.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers, taking keys
- Scheduling appointments
- Quoting prices for windshield and residential installation/repair
- Preparing PO’s
- Preparing Invoicing
- Collection Calls
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Background will be reviewed.
- Drug free environment
